Did I give myself food poisoning?
I boiled up some pasta shells and mixed it with a jar of pasta sauce. The jar had been opened and the seal broken, but just to see what it smelt like when first buying, but this was about 3 months ago. The lid was put back on tightly and it was kept in my cupboard not refrigerated. I've had a tummy ache and you knoow what for about a week after eating.

You brought it on yourself I'm afraid - now go thru your kitchen cupboards and throw away all that out of date stuff just sitting there - you know I'm right. It's there, lurking in the background
