Is Acetaminophen and Naproxen Sodium safe together?

One 220MG Naproxen Sodium pill taken four and a half hours ago. Is it safe to take two 500MG Acetaminophen after this four and a half hours?

Thanks. The question was actually for my wife. She had a headache earlier so took the Aleve then later got a major hit of menstrual cramps and the Naproxen Sodium does not work for those with her.
