Why does my head do this?!

Why does my head do this?
When Im laying down for a while, then get up, I feel fine. Then couple seconds later, i feel dizzy, my head begins to hurt, my eyes black out, i feel like fainting. Then in a couple seconds later, everything comes back to normal as if nothing has happened

That started happening to me a few months ago. I went to the doctor, and he thought it was because it was very hot, and I want getting enough water. Ive started to drink more water, and I dont see the problem as much.
