Braces problem very painful HELP!!!?

i got my braces on 3 days ago & i have a problem. the inside of my cheek keeps hooking onto the hooks on my braces & it rips my skin & I have a huge scar on the inside. its very painful. should i see my orthodontist or is this normal? how should i deal with it ???

i already tried the wax. it doesnt stick & it does nothing
