it like on the bone of the inside of my ankle and it hurts if i barely touch it but not any other time like walking or anything
and i can't see it haha its weird

It is just a little bleeding in the periosteum, the covering of the bone. It is painful and might swell up, but requires no casting or other treatment and will go away by itself.
The only way you can be sure it is a "bone bruise" is to make sure it isn't a broken bone, by exam or by x-ray. If it is broken, it is more important to stay off of it and put a cast or a brace on it.
