I have this burning feeling in my stomach, but it's not heartburn - im taking meds for that - any ideas?
...makes me feel kinda sick.

Does this burning pain go through to your back? Are you not eating much? Could be your gallbladder. Your gallbladder makes enzymes to digest your food. If you are not eating, it will continue to make enzymes for awhile and this can cause pain, when there is nothing to digest.
