10 bottles of water and water intoxication????????????
ok yesterday i drank 10 bottles of water and felt fine .. im going to do the same today but people are saying i could get water intoxication .. dont you have to drink a lot morethan 10 bottles??? .. i started at like 12:30 this afternoon and i'll have dranken the 10 botttles maybe 11 by 1 or 2am .. im not drinking it all at once .. is this okay?

The fact that you are drinking throughout the day should be fine -- you should also be going to the bathroom a lot, though
It's when the body can't process the water (when you drink too much in too little time) that it becomes an issue. So please be sure to allow time for the body to process the fluid you are drinking.
