What do you do when you have a hard time sleeping?!

What do you do when you have a hard time sleeping?

how do you fall back asleep? i try to listen to music, and most of the time it doesnt work so i just lie in bed for 1-2 hours and finally, i fall asleep. but i need a better way..


Answers:

Try drinking warm milk, or drinking chamomile Tea that usually will work because the tea will calm you down and relax and the milk well its an old trick that people do to babies to get them to sleep. Try it you will see the difference on how to sleep and you will be ready for action the next day. Good Luck. If that doesn't work try Advil PM or Tylenol PM that will definitely work. But use that if everything else fails
