I always feel this popping below my jaw on the right side( where my neck meets my head) when i move my head in certain ways, what could it be?

It is probably your TMJ.(tempro-mandibular joint) If it continues to bother you, ask your doctor, and they can test it to see for sure what the popping is coming from
