I want to get rid of high blood pressure fast and quick?

Ok I think I have it because this is the second day I've had a headache and I'm starting to think it's because of high blood pressure. because I sleep late I go to sleep around 2 or 3 am in the morning then I wake up around 11am or 12pm the next day.Now I think I may also have a headache because my little brother cries all the time and I'm thinking it's because of that But I'm not for sure.. it may be my lack of sleep

High blood pressure (hypertension) is often referred to as "the silent killer" because people cannot feel that they have it. You sound like you're very young and, more than likely, do not have hypertension. It's probably your brother aggravating you and giving you a tension headache. It could also be from teh weather in the form of a sinus headache. If it hurts on your face or around your eyes, it could be a sinus headache. Either way, you won't have to worry about high blood pressure for quite some time!
