Answers:

OK .. every one of the above is more than likely due to hormone imbalance.

PCOS is likely due to your ovaries not popping during their allotted monthly cycle etc. ...

You cannot lose weight while you have hormone imbalance. Oestrogen tells the body to store excess food energy as fat
People who repeatedly cycle between being too heavy and ideal weight are victims of this fact. When the body's hormones are in balance fat is used as energy and the desired weight can be maintained

If you follow this link to my page
http://uk.geocities.com/willim_walker@bt... I think you will find your symptoms in Mirmiam Brazel's list

Why is it happening? Have you been through a stressful episode(s) in your life?

Follow the procedure on my page
1 do the on line hormone tests
2 do the saliva test and get results
3 discuss with NPIS doctor or your GP . Like many others before you. You have found that your doctor needs a bit of educating this is a problem in many countries

search the web for "nautural progesterone pcos"
"nautural progesterone fibromyalgia" and you will come across various web sites such as

http://www.natural-progesterone-advisory...

check the Help/FAQ on this site for PCOS, weight gain etc ..

There are testimonials / success stories on some of the pages from women.

Your other health issues are they in Miriam Brazel's list on
my web page?

I would guess that at least some are (if not all of them)

1 do an on line hormone test
2 do an appropriate saliva test and obtain results
3 get results & discuss with a NPIS doctor or educate your GP/MD

If progesterone does not help you one of your other medicines may be blocking it.

I hope I have provided a way forward and in due course (3 - 6 months) that you are restored to health. Others have done it you can also do it :-)
