Gastric bypass?!

Question:

Gastric bypass?

I had my bypass in April 2003. It was a great success, I lost 100 pounds and went from a size 24 to a size 10.
Now, however, I find myself unable to resist snacking. Constantly. I've gone back up in size to a size 12, but I have no idea how much weight I've gained since I'm afraid to weigh myself.
Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you do about it?

Answers:

Avoid sugars first of all. If you don't dump, sugars will get absorbed into your bloodstream immediately and spike your insulin level, which causes weight gain. Avoid drinks with calories. Try drinking black coffee when you feel a need to snack. If you don't like black coffee, follow it up with a swig of your favorite diet drink (Diet Pepsi works best for me). Eventually, you will acquire a taste for black coffee. The caffeen will help keep you active and kill your appetite. Also, exercise every day.

Best of luck
