How long will it take for weed to get out of my system?

ok, i just started smoking about a month ago, and i've only smoked 3 times. It was on 6/1/07--6/2/07--and 6/29/07. I only smoked about 1 blunt each time. and i want to go apply at a couple of places for a job but most of the places i'm gonna apply at drug test you. So how long does it take to get out of my system and how can i speed up the process of getting it out of my system?

ok, now i weigh about 100 pounds, and i have a pretty fast metabolism, i've been drinking waterr, and other liquids. and i'm taking vitamins too.

hehe me and my bros had this convo yesterday!
some say 2 weeks and some say it depends on your weight etc, something about absorbing in fat cells, my best bet is to drink alot of water and wait 3 or 4 weeks to be safe.
