Why do I get dizzy and see black when I run or jog?!
Question:
Why do I get dizzy and see black when I run or jog?
the other day in my aerobics class I was running 11 laps in the gym (with the other girls) and I got super dizzy,really weak and started seeing black. It was really weird/scary.
It has happened a quite a few times in the last few weeks during or after class.
I also am in karate and have the same problem when we do jumping jacks,little jumps and running in place.
I've never had this problem before.

Dehydration is the obvious first choice, but i assume you've investigated that one. Sometimes it might be a circulatory problem or a low blood pressure issue. Your diet may have changed and you're not getting enough protein? or maybe you're not getting enough carbs. I am not sure.
