can you take too much of this? I take holland and barrett viamin b complex and b12 combined in 1 tablet a day.
I think i heard that a side effect can be numbness / pins and needle effect in the arms / hands etc?

Years ago they used to sell a much higher dosage pack. The one you can buy these days is something like a 5 times lower dose than was available 15 years ago.
So - if you follow the instructions it is highly unlikely that you will get any bad side effects.
One way to check how effective the tablets are is to check the colour of your wee - if you have a very high dose of vits B in your system your wee will come out a nearly orange colour and will smell strongly (of wee!) A stronger yellow is good as it shows enough vit B in the system to be working!
