Has anyone ever gotten sick from Ramon Noodle Soup?

My 6 year old loves the wal-mart brand of Ramon Noodle soup- beef flavored. He would eat it every day all day if we would let him. On Thurs he began vomiting up the noodles and then yesterday he started with diarrhea. The doctor wasn't sure what was causing the vomiting and diarrhea but insisted it couldn't be the soup and to just keep him hydrated. Well he vomited again in the middle of the night and it was all noodles. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Personally, as his parent, I hope you do not let your child eat that sort of thing all the time. It's not exactly healthy, unless you add things to it... vegetables, stuff like that.
Uhm... I don't think it could make him sick unless he's allergic to it. Which could happen if he eats it every single day- you can develop allergies from eating the same thing day after day. But if he's not allergic to it, my next best guess is just that he has an upset stomach from a cold or stomach virus.
Stop letting him eat the stuff for about a week and see what happens. If he stops vomiting, let him eat them again, and if he starts back up you'll know its the noodles.
