Could a CNA answer for me?!

Question:

Could a CNA answer for me?

I am wanting a career change and I am thinking about becoming a CNA. I have no problem with the education, I am wondering though what is all involved in the job, do you have to work in a nursing home? Ive looked on the local website(Iowa) and the schooling is only 3 weeks, can this be right? Also what is the base pay for a new CNA? I know there are alot of questions I have asked, but if someone could help me out I would be truly greatfull. I just want to make the best choice possible. Thanks

Answers:

Here is an online magazine for certified nursing assistants www.4cnas.com They offer frequently asked questions. They also have a message board where you can talk to other cnas.
Hope this helps
