Im only 19 why do i feel 60?!

Question:

Im only 19 why do i feel 60?

Every morning when i wake up, my whole body aches, and my hands are numb. I have to struggle to turn off the alarm clock. And when i get up it hurts to walk. Every part of my body head to toe hurts.
Honestly i sleep on the floor on a crappy matress that has springs poking out of it, i cant afford a real bed, i know that probably has a lot to do with it, but that still doesnt explain my hands being numb.

Could stress be wearing me down? I recently had a miscarrige, i have cervical dysplasia and need surgery again, i have a 18 mo old son, my boyfriends in the army, and i am going though a lot of financial difficulties. I didnt think that stress could cause this much pain. Thats why im asking your opinion.

Or could it possibly be depression? Ive heard of depression doing things like this. I honestly dont feel depressed. But its a great possibility considering everything that im going through.

Someone help!! I want to know whats wrong with me.

Answers:

This is what is called "Clinical Depression" and it is painful. I once was a pretty much "single" parent at such a young age and the numbness in arms/hands is due to circulation probably springing from the bad mattress and strain of everyday tasks for you and the little one. I recommend that if you are not working, get involved with some of the activities that will allow you and the little one to get outside. Purchase a blow up swimming pool and use it in the late evenings when the sun is less; usually 5pm and after. Get interested in something were you can use the Internet to learn; such as, Herbs-that will teach you how to care for depression and help others at the same time and provide a well rounded care environment that relieves stress on you and the baby. Just type in Herbs and start reading. Dandelion's are my favorite, can you tell? LOL Read on them first and you'll see why. Besides, they probably grow in your yard and you can teach the baby how to make wishes and blow the Dandelion petals into the air. This is a great memory for me and my son that I raise as a single mom and irony, he's in the army at Ft. Gordon as we speak. Let me know if I helped and "Please...bring me the Dandelions".
