When youve had a lot to drink, the next day I always have a racing heart. Is this normal & does it happen to you?
Answers:
You have a racing heart because you are really dehydrated. Go get some Gatorade. Any flavor. Several bottles. After you drink a few of those, you will feel much better.
Alcohol takes all the fluids out of your body which also takes away your potassium and sodium. Gatorade will replace all of that. And take Tylenol if you have a headache.
