Which kind of weight scales could I trust more?!

Question:

Which kind of weight scales could I trust more?

The digital scale at home I normally use told me I'm 208.5. Another digi scale I haven't used much and for a very long time told me 206. A few minutes later when I hit the gym, I tried their scale which uses that swinging arm like at doctor's office before working out. It told me 194. Would the least used scale be the most accurate, or does it all depend on how recently and how well calibrated it has been? Like how would I calibrate a digi scale?

Answers:

The balance scale is much more accurate because parts do not weaken or wear down, unlike scales with springs in them, as many ditital scales do.
