Is this true about hand sanitizer?
Im kinda a clean freak plus im a Paramedic so i use it alot. Is it true that if you use it too much it will weakin your imune system? I take 1000mg of vitiaman C every day also, So shouldent that help my imune system?

shaun,immunity to lotta different influenza viruses,bacteria occurs over thousands of years among farmers,pigs,and kids for example,immunity in that length of time likely means a lot of people are gong to get sick.some recover & some don't,bacteria may mutate,humans gradually acquire(build) immunoglobins specific to the pathogen exposure,,,,kids playing in mud puddles(minus man introduced chems & pollutants) construct immune cells in reaction to minute doses of bacteria & stuff present in the mud,they're probably better off for it.dont take antibiotics unless necessary,,,get dirty muddy occasionally,,,,,,,,drink lotta oj,veggies,linus pauling said asc is great,heard that the stuff converts to formaldehyde when bottle of tablets is way past potency date.maybe ya could put a pig or a goat in the yard to keep the grass cut,,,,,neighbors might object though
