My sclera is scratched?!

My sclera is scratched?

i think i scratched my sclera when i took my contacts out.
i remember my contacts were kinda dry and hard to take out.
what should i do.
i know that one my really important options is seeing the eye doctor, yes that is definitely something that i will do.
but what else can i do, what should i be aware of?

if he prescribes an antibiotic, does anybody know about how much this might cost me?

try rinsing it with luke warm water, before doing that though wash your hands with antibacterial soup and then do it. be careful and dont injure it. after that u should see the eye doctor asap. good luck.
