how do you ask a doctor about birth control?
im extermly paranoid and it intereferes with daily life basically, i cant go outside without think someone is watching me ot planning to kill me or anything, is there anyhting a pediatrician can do, or do i have to be referred for other tests?
are there any medications that can relieve symptoms?
Answers:
You should have had all your vaccines already. Just check your shot record. If you haven't then you'll just need to get the ones you missed, but I had all mine before I started kindergarten.
As for birth control, just ask the doctor. They hear questions like that all the time, so even though it may be slightly embarrassing it's completely normal.
For the paranoia, tell your doctor everything you just wrote on here. There are medications that can help, but only your doctor can tell you which ones are right for you.
