Expired or not?
I have a Bath + Body hand sanitizer from 2003/2004. It doesn't have an expiration date on here, and I don't think ethyl alcohol should expire, but my Purell one does have an expiration date printed on the bottle. The B+B and Purell are similar in that they're both about 60% ethyl alcohol, probably 40%ish water, and a bunch of moisturizers and fragrances. So, is it expired?
