I have a sore throught, lost my voice and an all round head cold, I have to sing solo in a show next week.....

Please has anyone got any fast trick remedies or anything I can try to be ready!!! Thank you any suggestions will help! x

Oh dear poor you! aww i wish you the best of luck, meanwhile, drink lots of hot water with a generous slice of lemon in, and a bit of honey if you like to sweeten it.wrap up warm and take lots of steamy hot baths. These suggestions will clear out your airways, especially the steam. The Hot lemon and honey is amazing, it really does work and soothes your throat. Good luck!
