HUGE problem!!! Embarrassing! please help!?

this is really gross, but, whenever i see the guy i like, my stomach begins to churn and i uncontrollably poop my pants. Its so embarrassing and it just keeps happening. Does anyone have any idea what i could do to make it stop?
