Are there any medical terminology people out there?!

Question:

Are there any medical terminology people out there?

I have a word I have been trying to figure out forever. sounds like they are saying .... "Nylon Brawny" test for nystagmus.
(cranial nerves) I have been searching online and just cannot figure out what the doctor is saying or if I am hearing him correctly at all. Any help appreciated!

Answers:

What you want is Nylen-Barany, also known as Dix-Hallpike. Both refer to a maneuver in which the patient's head is hung over the end of the bed or table and turned to one side. If the patient experiences dizziness (and the examiner sees oscillations of the eyes known as nystagmus), then the dizziness is due to a problem with the vestibular (balance) system, and the problem is almost always on the same side as the ear which is down when the symptom is elicited.
