This is day 2 of taking Ceftin...?
I am being treated for a double ear infection, plus a possible sinus infection. My head still hurts, I have no voice, and I still have a fever, after 2 days of meds and rest. How long until I get some relief from the antibiotics? At what point to I call the doc and tell him nothing has happened?

Most antibiotics take a couple of days to kick in.
As a general rule, call your doctor's office and ask a nurse. It's a whole lot quicker than waiting for an answer here.
