Is 'Andrew Speaker' a new way to spell "jackass"?!

Question:

Is 'Andrew Speaker' a new way to spell "jackass"?

This is the guy who:
A--received a preliminary diagnosis of extremely drug resistant TB
B-- got on a plane to Europe after finding a doctor willing to give him the diagnosis he was looking for
C--got on another plane after being told that doing so threatened the lives of anyone and everyone he came near
and D--who now is portraying himself as a victim.

Or does he deserve a stronger term than 'jackass?'

Answers:

!!! "Extreme Arrogance" is more like it! He KNEW what he was doing, he's a lawyer!! He acted more like a spoiled kid-"I know what you WANT me to do, but I'm not going to do it." God forbid someone on that plane had AIDS!!
Now he's all "poor me" after his "misdiagnosis" came, that he has a moderately severe (not very severe) form of TB. HELLOOOOO, ALL TB can be DEADLY! NO ONE OWES YOU AN APOLOGY, SPEAKER!!!
The CNN article said he's not planing to sue the CDC "at this time." Medical professionals make bigger "mistakes" than this all the time, and sometimes, a more accurate diagnosis only comes after waiting and watching. What he did was selfish, and he has no grounds to sue.
Honestly, I would never want to use him as a lawyer, considering his lack of moral character, and I'm wondering after all this, who would???
