Why do i feel so tired when its a rainy day?!

Why do i feel so tired when its a rainy day?
is there a medical reason for this?

thats actually fairly true, because on 4th of july, absolutly no one was leaving their house because it was really gloomy and everyone was tired. a few reasons i could think of was that the gloomy weather makes it feel somewhat like night and made people tired. as well as there were alot of allergens in the air, and sometimes allergies can make you sleepy. but thats just my guess.
