I cant sleep?!


Question:

I cant sleep?

I NEED SLEEP i always end up falling at 4:00am

and i wake up at 12pm everyday it cant go on like this i need sleep starting at 11pm!

what can help me

You can try putting yourself on a schedule. Go to bed at the same time every night, and get up at the same time every morning no matter how much or little sleep you've gotten. You might want to limit your caffeine intake; some people get too much and it keeps them from sleeping at night. Don't exercise right before you go to bed because you'll be too keyed up to sleep. Don't lie there tossing and turning, either. If you can't fall asleep within 30 minutes, get out of bed and find a book to read, then try going back to bed after 15-20 minutes.
