Color of your urine?
Im just curios... why when you drink some thing like a dark soda or colored juice ... I drink cranberry juice its very red ...why doesnt your urine come out the same color...I drink about a 64 fld ounce bottle of cranberry juice in about two days ..and my urine is still clear or lite yellow....this is a pissy question...sorry...

First off I would like to note that the RN never even answered the question. I hope she pays better attention to her patients than she did this question....
The body absorbs the dyes in the drink/juice. Your urine is yellow due to urea; a waste product your body excretes along with excess water
When you are dehydrated your urine contains less water and is darker yellow....When you are well hydrated your urine will be light yellow to clear looking.
