How do I stretch out my neck and upper back?!

Question:

How do I stretch out my neck and upper back?

Answers:

Gently drop your neck side to side (as if lowering your ear to your shoulder, don't raise your shoulder to your ear) then drop your chin to your chest, then drop your head back until you are looking up at the sky.

To intensify the stretch a bit, when you drop your head to the right put your hand on top of your head and let the weight of your arm gently pull your head to the right...same thing to the left.

Be careful with your neck as you don't want to do anything strain it or harm your spine.

To stretch your upper back bring your shoulders forward (almost like a slouch) while pushing your upper back out behind you...extend your arms out in front of you clasping your hands together and push them away from you while you feel your back stretch...then stick your chest out (forward) and try to pinch your shoulder blades together behind you (your hands can still be clasped or not).

Do those several times, slowly and gently. Also you can put your search engine to work and find other stretches you can do, and probably some pictures so you'll know you are doing them correctly.
