Is it okay If I exercise for 1:10 minutes everyday 5 days a week?

It's ok but you really aren'tdoing your body any good, if you want to see results fast you should limit it to 45 min. 10 min cardio at decent speed then crank up the speed to almost a sprint for a few minutes then back to a decent speed for 10 then back to a sprint for a few minutes. That will get you the fastest results. Then work out on the machines or free weights, no more than 12 reps no less than 8 reps your last rep should be hard to complete that's how you know your using the correct weight, and make sure you alternate your exercises every other day to work out all muscles that allows them to heal in between.
