Is there any effective way of growing taller or increasing height after reaching!


Question:

Is there any effective way of growing taller or increasing height after reaching the age of 21?

has anyone ever tried to use those height increasing pills??
is there any effective excercise or stretching routines anyone has tried that really worked without any bad side effects?


Answers:

In older days they placed a person on a table and attached ropes to the hands and feet, pulling them in opposite directions to increase height. I would not recommend this at all as it could cause muscle or spinal damage.

Your only real chance is the final growth spurt which can occur from ages 21 to 25. Not all people will "receive" this growth spurt, but keep your hopes high. Growth pills or supplements will really have no effect on how tall you will grow, and the side effects (nausea, headache, diarrhea, ect...) are usually worse than the results you normally get. Read the ingredients... usually just "herbal supplements".

On a side note (much useless information), one thing that controls your height are the discs between your spinal cord. When you sleep gravity has no pull on these discs so they expand (like a sponge), but throughout the day the pressure of your body and pull of gravity slowly "smash" these discs skinnier and smaller. That's why (if you haven't noticed) your roughly 1 to 3 inches taller in the morning than at night.
