Why is it hard for me to breath?? PLEASE HELP!!!?!


Question:

Why is it hard for me to breath?? PLEASE HELP!!!?

I am 12 years old and like I am NOT out of shape I get a BIT light headed and it's hard for me to breath and I haven't even ran. please help me and if it's anxiety what is it? and if I go to the doctor what will he do to check me out if I have asthma or not?

it doesn't happen that much but when it comes back I feel like my lungs are tight or something again.

it's happening again, it goes away adn comes back it scares me cause I feel like I have to gasp for breaths

yes, the doctor would probably hook you up to a breathalator and test your breathing
