How do YOU meditate?!


Question:

How do YOU meditate?

I find that people have different ways of meditating and I am curious to know, what techniques do you use to get in touch with your inner self?

I personally like doing yoga in a nice quite room with candles lit around. I find it very relaxing and it helps me release emotional tension.


Answers:

I havent done the candle thing in a while, I have been having trouble with meditation lately. Maybe its a focus thing.........
I do reiki and it has an interesting effect on my senses when I do meditate. I generally do lotus position and keep my hands flat against each other. The heat this generates is amazing.
