Eating after starving can kill you? why is that? so what's the best way to eat or drink after starving?
I was watching an old western, "good, bad & ugly" and the "ugly" told the "good" not to drink water after he's been dehydrated. So what's the best way to start eating or drinking?

Excellent movie!!! drinking too much water too fast when dehydrated will frequently cause vomiting thus increasing the dehydration situation. Similarily, the stomach gets used to not havein food so large amounts suddenly introduced in this situation will also cause vomiting, etc. The best way to start eating and drinking again would be under a doctors supervision.
