Why have all my habits changed?!
Question:
Why have all my habits changed?
over the last week or so i have been staying up till like 5 in the morning or longer then sleeping only 3 or 4 hours.b4 i would go to sleep sround 11:30 /12 & wake up @ like 7 ish .
b4 i would eat fine & 3 meals a day & a snack sometimes but now i eat something small in the morning & may B something some thing super small in the after noon like a 8th of a apple the i will eat something small around midnigh
WHY HAVE ALL MY HABITS CHANGED IT WEIRED

Probably because of going to bed at 5 in the morning. I have found that if I go to bed late, I will not get as much sleep. Maybe it's because the sun is up at this time, or maybe it's because my body is prgrammed not to sleep past a certain hour. Maybe yiour extreme lack of sleep has affected you sleeping habits. Like, you don't have the energy to eat, so you don't.
