Why are people always so worried about their health?
When genetics is primarily the factor? It's kind of ironic. All the worrying about their health creates the stress to make them unhealthy which makes all thinking about it pointless.

Genetics is only one small factor.
What we eat, drink, sleep, exercise and how we think all add up to how we feel, or how healthy we will be.
Worrying doesn't help, but educating yourself and taking steps to improve your lifestyle, these help.
