Why do I feels so anxious?!
Question:
Why do I feels so anxious?
I dont know why but it feels like my hands are shaking and Its not and my stomach feels like butterlflies are flying around.I feel so anxious its like something is going to happen or Im waiting for something that im excited about but I cant think of anything.

Depends how often and where you feel like this, it may be an anxiety disorder or if it isn't very frequent and isn't to a specific area then it may just be random anxiety that everyone gets if it gets too bad speak to your doctor about it.
