How can I go to sleep faster?!

How can I go to sleep faster?

I go to sleep at six in the morning and wake up at two at night. How is there a way to go to sleep faster? I've already tried waking up early and reading a book. I also tried watching television until I fall asleep but I still went to sleep late. What do I do?


Answers:

You sleep 20 hours? I would see a doctor. How in the heck do you got to bed at 6am and sleep until 2 am without waking up before that?
