Lightheadedness, nausea, diarrhea....what could be the problem?!

Lightheadedness, nausea, diarrhea....what could be the problem?
It seems the diarrhea has pretty much gone away. Thankfully.
The lightheadedness has subsided a great deal, I almost don't feel it at all. The nausea is almost completely gone as well.
It's just this odd feeling I have in my right ear, the same one that had the wax build-up and a possible infection. Should I still go to the GP tomorrow just to get everything checked out? I hear this swishing sound whenever I bend over... my right ear makes an odd winding noise---if that makes any sense. lol
I still don't feel 100% yet, but it's getting a lot better. A couple of days ago, I couldn't even stand or sit without feeling like I was going to faint right that minute or vomit from the nausea. Thankfully, I haven't vomited at all throughout this horrid ordeal.
So right now, it's just this weird noise my ear makes when I bend over or lower my head down.
