What could be causing this...?!

Question:

What could be causing this...?

I have this problem- whenever I use my lungs more than normal, like when I'm laughing or singing, or exercising, I get this phlegm mucas stuff that I have to cough. Sometimes I go into a five minute coughing fit. I Do Not have asthma.
Also, whenever I move my chest a certain way, like when 1 shoulder is up and the other down and I keep moving like that but switching which shoulder is up- I get this gaspy wheezy sound in the middle of my chest(around my heart, and it sort of pinches).
P.S. I'm 17.
I had a friend who had a partially collasped lung caused by singing, and her symptoms sound kind of like this- could that be my problem?
I have no health insurance so visiting the doctor isn't an option.
Any ideas/ recommendations would be welcome. Thanks.

Answers:

If you had a collapsed lung you'd know trust me. You may just have allergies. That can cause and increase in mucous phelgm and a coughing fit as well as that wheezy sound. If you smoke that could be another reason your experiencing these things as well.
