Endocrinology does anyone know what it means couse i have applying more to health professional?

i am 13 years old and if you know what endocrinology means then you will kow that it is to do with hormones i only has a 2 inch penis because of my homones can anyone help (applying to health professioals)

you could try hormonal treatments...or an enlarger, but hey your 13 give it awhile and who knows
