Ear plugs or phones?!
Question:
Ear plugs or phones?
I can't sleep because my dad is retired and does nothing all day but walk up and down the stairs and inside and outside 100's of times. I live in the basement and can hear everything that happens upstairs.
Can anyone recommend some ear phones so I can sleep? Ear plugs always seem to fall out and don't work for ****.
