Had a strange feeling!?
Left arm got sensitive, left wrist hurt, left side of neck and lower face on left side went numb, vision blurred most is gone now but i still feel dizzy. Left side never hurt, nor did my chest, I was driving my truck when it happened, was it a stroke or a pinched nerve in my back! I'm prone to anxiety attacks when i have strange feelings so I'll probably try to ignore whatever eventually kills me.

The symptoms sound like a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) or 'mini-stroke'. TIA symptoms usually last less than 15 minutes and treatment is often ignored because there is no noticeable damage.
