Why is it bad to rub your eyes?
Because a lot of the times it really does sooth it when it itches and I rub it.
Answers:
If there's something in there, it could scratch your eye, which COULD become serious.
Also, there are a lot of germs and bacteria on your hands from everything you touched all day long. When you rub your eyes, that bacteria can get in your eye and cause problems like getting you sick or infections.
I know it feels good sometimes, but you really should try to limit the amount that you do it .......rub your eyes, that is. ;)
