It is when your feet roll in and the inside bone sticks out and they hurt really bad and you have to wear these ugly tenna shoes to correct them!

I was born with the unfortunate abnormality of having "toe-nating" feet...

(True confession...I have FIVE toes...and they all face FORWARD.........I'm so ashamed...!!!)
