how do you pierce your belly button at home ???? and is there any way that you can numb your belly button so that it doesnt hurt as much

It doesn't hurt anyway - try nipping your skin together there, it doesn't need numbing.
But please don't do it at home, you could get a dreadful infection in it or make a complete mess of it and scar yourself for life - it's only a few quid !
